The Episode parodies the format of a documentary, discussing Towelie’s problem of drug addiction and the misadventures of children in a summer camp for the mentally retarded. As a mockumentary, the show makes overly heavy use of interludes of text explaining various circumstances in the show.
Towelie’s drug addiction is brought to the attention of the South Park children, and they make attempts to help Towelie ease out of his problem. Towelie’s history is shown from years of drug addiction through excessively using marijuana, crystal meth, and using cocaine. He previously had a girlfriend and a conceived a child with her (a washcloth), but he was kicked out out their home due to him persisting in getting high. His life continued toward a downward spiral to the point where he is under heavy debt and soliciting oral sex to strangers for money in the alleys. The boys help him get a job at a summer camp for the mentally retarded as a towel to dry off the children. However, Towelie persists in drug use and fellating strangers in the supply closet. The boys set up Towelie to go in a room so they can give emotional speeches to him as a plea to help him from killing himself (except Cartman, who uses this opportunity to broadcast his anti-semitic remarks on television). He refuses their pleas until Butters reveals Towelie’s child, and only then he finally accepts the offer to go to a rehabilitation clinic. Later on, it is found that Towelie completed rehab and is now living with his girlfriend and son.

The Episode begins with a flashback of Mitch Connor in the Vietnam War, then it goes to the present time. Where Cartman is questioning Mr. Garrison about his father’s true identity, Mr. Garrison refuses to tell, so Cartman goes to Dr. Mephisto instead.
Meanwhile, the gingers demand to see if the person in the teddy bear costume is really Muhammad, so they unzip the costume to reveal it is actually Santa Claus. But before they could do anything, Mecha Streisand appears and starts destroying South Park. So Stan, Kyle and Kenny immediately go to Mephisto’s lab after coming up with an idea to clone Muhammad so that all that the gingers and the celebrities receive the power never to be offended again, however Cartman still demands to know who is father is but they clone Muhammad first.

While on a school field trip to a fudge factory, Stan accidentally insults Tom Cruise again by calling him a “fudge packer” and sets off a chain reaction. Cruise then recruits every celebrity that has ever been ridiculed by the town of South Park to bring a class action lawsuit against the town. After being called to the principal’s office, Stan and his dad try to convince Cruise to drop the lawsuit later at the fudge factory again. An angry Cruise agrees to do so, only if they can get the one person Mr. Cruise claims he would like to meet to show up in South Park: Muhammad. The town of South Park is in a nervous uproar over the prospect of bringing Muhammad to their town, fearing that their town will be bombed into oblivion if his face is seen. As Stan and Kyle go to the Super Best Friends for aid, it is revealed that Cruise and the other celebrities only want Muhammad for his “goo,” which will make them all immune to ridicule as Cartman and “Jennifer Lopez” join the scheme, though Mitch Carter’s out to make a fortune from the “goo”.

Personal note : having just deleted my personal facebook page because … basically facebook was a major waste of my time, i found this Episode to be THE BEST south park Episode

At Kyle’s house, he, Cartman and Kenny are using Facebook. When Stan comes in, the three surprise him with his very own Facebook account. Stan protests, saying that he does not want to be a Facebook member and get “sucked into it,” and Kyle replies that there are many things one can do on Facebook and that everyone should have at least one Facebook friend. Cartman joins in, warning Stan he will end up like a kid named Kip Drordy, a Facebook member who has had his account for six months and has no friends. Kyle starts to pity Kip, while Stan leaves to play Xbox and dismisses them as “retarded.” The scene then cuts to Kip (who the Episode frequently cuts out to), who is joyful at the prospect of having a friend.

Upon discovering that the KFC in South Park is now a medical cannabis dispensary, Randy Marsh attempts to purposely gives himself cancer in order to get a doctor’s referral for medicinal marijuana. He succeeds in giving himself testicular cancer by placing his testicles in a microwave, though his actions have also caused his testicles to expand to such a large size that he must use a wheelbarrow to carry them.

The novel causes Butters to enter altered states of consciousness where he is convinced that he must kill John Lennon and Ronald Reagan. Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny hate the novel, not finding it offensive and wondering why it was banned in public schools. They decide to write their own novel, entitled The Tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs, with the intention of making it so profane that it will be banned.

The boys of South Park are beating up on Butters again, via tetherball. When Stan and Kyle object, Cartman explains Butters is being beaten because he has never kissed a girl. Butters, with the other boys encouragement, prepares to purchase his first kiss from Sally Darson, who according to Clyde gives out kisses for $5 behind the school. Kyle objects to this plan, arguing that a first kiss should be something special and not paid for. After purchasing a kiss from a girl, Butters wins the respect of the boys, who say this is a mark of his finally “becoming a man.” That night, Butters takes things far too seriously and begins preparing to find a living.
